Reflection:
I selected this assignment as the weakest one since it turned out to be quite hard for me to start it and even to finish it. I believe I was capable of understanding the content and each author we checked well, but when I had to put into words that knowledge, it was difficult to make the links between the three authors I chose for this essay. Furthermore, as I had a hard time making the connections, I tried to delay the starting of the writing so when I had only a few days left to write it, I got really stressed by it.
When I received the first correction of the assignment, I found many “silly” mistakes related to grammar, vocab –Spanish translation- and even spelling. Hence, I made a promise to myself not to leave the work for the end anymore; otherwise, I would keep repeating the same mistakes which I should not be making at this point of the major.
In terms of content, I think I did well even though I definitely could have done much better. But, again, I think that weakness is related to the lack of time I had since I did the work in a rush as I had only a few days left.

Reflection:
I particularly liked this work because we were able to arrive into the classroom and put into practice what we had learned about strategies and also about teaching itself during practicum classes.
I consider this assignment to be the strongest one we made since we could plan a class about something we are not used to do or learn in classes. Part of the success of this class was thanks to the student, who was always willing to work with us, to participate and to do the activities we asked him to do seriously, even after classes. That willingness showed us that teaching learning strategies in schools might work if we are able of engaging students to our class.
Moreover, I would say this is the strongest one because it allowed us to apply all we have learnt so far about teaching and to see and analyze our own performances as teachers. We had to think about possible activities for a particular student, create rubrics, analyze his performance and see how we could help this student for improving his level of English.
It is pivotal that we, as future teachers, start developing this capability of analysis so we are able to help our future students.
